This single family residence is located on a
pedestrian walk street in Hermosa Beach, one
block from the sand.   All three levels of the home are designed to open to or look into the central courtyard above which an open trellis structure filters sunlight.  A palette of cedar siding, dark anodized windows, and linear concrete brick gives the house a
vintage modern spirit.
